Welcome to Forsyth County!

Even though you may have moved many, many times - it's always difficult being "the new kid on the block."
Forsyth County Newcomer Club hopes to help you get acquainted with your new community! Through the many activities offered, special interest groups and new friends - we are committed to making it easy and fun for you to get adjusted to a new place to live or to enhance a new time in your life.
For many years the Forsyth County Newcomer Club has helped ladies and their families have fun while gaining friendships that - many time - last a lifetime. This can happen to you, by becoming part of this great organization!
You can "pick and choose" how busy you want to be as a Newcomer member. Both daytime and evening events give ladies (and their husbands or significant others) the opportunity to meet friends, have fun and share moments of learning, exploring, improving self and giving back to Forsyth County. We are primarily a get-acquainted social club - although we include in our functions several, small charitable or service project each year - participation in which is totally voluntary.
The more activities you are involved in, the more new ladies you'll meet and the more fun you'll have! All of our activities were first suggested by a member - any new ideas or improvements are always welcome.
Speaking for myself, I have met women in the Forsyth Newcomer Club that were total strangers to me as I sat next to them at my first luncheon. Now, many of these women have become my dearest friends.
